I keep forgetting to upload things onto here.

Finished this 2 days ago. Sorry about the shading in her hair, I know I messed up.

This is for my friend Abigail (although I tried making this seem a little more cheerful, failed badly though), because her dog, Justin, who has been with her for such a long time, died a few days ago.

I swear, I tried to make this happy, but it ended up so sad, bored, and just plain unhappy. ):

I'll redraw it, add some color.
Because this is just not right.

And feedback is highly appreciated and needed, please. <3

Gorgeous.

I love the soft, serene style of this, it is very soft with a wonderful depth in the eyes. Sadness is a much more complex emotion than happiness, and this captures it so well.

Because this is the first time I've submitted anything in this new style I've been practicing on.

Yeah, true. But I wanna make her a little more cheerful about it, because she was really sad when he died, so yes. Cheerful would be better in her case, I think ^^;

But I'll probably draw a happy version of this girl and send it to her.

First time I've submitted anything in this style, and I hope I can keep consistency in draw with this style now ^^;

Because I really like how this turned out, overall.

There's a few mistakes, but nothing that noticeable, right?
